Dr. Kohl earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University and has been in private practice since the mid-nineties. His two offices — one in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, the other in Greenwich Village — have served generations of the same families.

Patients describe him as thorough, fair, and unhurried. He speaks English, Spanish, and Russian, and is comfortable working with patients who pay out-of-pocket as well as those with insurance. There is no sales pressure, no theatrics. Just careful, conservative dentistry.
